racks running: 1 / 100
100 racks. One pool. Fees only.
The pool's liquidity is cut into 100 price bands, and each band belongs to one rack. Whichever rack the price is sitting in is running: every swap there pays it the fee. Nothing else ever pays a rack.
The floor. 100 racks, 100 bands.
Rack 00 holds the lowest band and rack 99 the highest. The glowing rack is the one the price is sitting in right now. Tap any rack to inspect it.
The night shift, live.
Every swap is a job for the rack in range. Big swaps can flip one bit of that rack's spec.

What Racks is.
Racks is one coin, one pool and 100 server racks. The pool's liquidity is cut into 100 price bands stacked end to end, and each band belongs to one rack. When the price is inside a band, that rack is running: every swap there pays it the fee, and nothing else ever pays a rack.
A rack is an NFT with three parts. Eight bytes of spec written at mint from the last job hash, where byte 0 is the clock and sets the swap fee between 0.80% and 1.51%. An account of its own where SOL fees land and travel with it when it sells. And its band, whose coin fees are held in memory and compacted back into the band as locked liquidity.
Bit flips. A swap over the flip threshold rolls one bit of the running rack's spec against its ECC byte. A landed flip can raise or lower a fee, move a rack across a class line, or only change how it looks.
Locked for good. Mint payments, sale royalties and compacted coin stay in the pool. Nothing runs on a clock. If nobody trades, nothing moves.
$RACKS
The one coin in the one pool. Every swap of $RACKS is a job for whichever rack is running.
